Most leaders think the challenge is having a great vision. It isn’t. The greater challenge is leading people who don’t yet see what you see. In Exodus 4, God prepared Moses for something every leader will face: delayed trust, resistance, repeated communication, and the patience required to build confidence over time. Long before Moses ever stood before Pharaoh, God was teaching him timeless leadership principles that still apply to business, ministry, and leadership today.

In Acts 16, Paul was not being stopped because he was doing something wrong. He was trying to preach the gospel. Yet twice the Spirit prevented him from going where he desired. What appeared to be resistance was actually divine redirection. This passage reminds leaders that not every opportunity is an assignment, not every open door is God’s door, and not every closed door is rejection.
